We are manufacturer, supplier and exporter of Detergent Soap Envelop type Packaging Machine model Easy Wrap - 200D which has been designed to pack single detergent cake.
Wrapping material used in this machine is paper with Inside poly/ outside poly or hotmelt.
This machine is supplied with right-angle autofeeder which feeds soap into the packing machine and can be linked directly with soap finishing line conveyor.

1.	Wrapper Feeding	Wrapper feeding is by means of mechanical gearing. In case of change-over to another size, one need to change a gear provided for that particular cut-length.
2.	Wrapper correction	Wrapper correction is controlled by a mechanical differential drive unit which controls forward and backward correction of wrapper to keep cutting position spot on.
3.	Wrapper cut position	Wrapper cutting position can be adjusted by means of a thumbwheel. On each changeover, one need to change this position physically.
4.	Wear & Tear	More mechanical parts in wrapper feeding unit, more wear & tear.
5.	Touch screen	No touch screen is provided in this model.
